If your pin is defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us directly We'll do our best to set things right as soon as possible.

Prints and Original Artwork

Signed prints and original works of art are unique items and if they are damaged or go missing, they can be difficult or impossible to replace. If you've been sent the wrong print or artwork, contact us immediately. Please contact us directly if there is a problem with a print. It will help to see a photo if there is damage to the artwork or the packaging.

Clothing, Bags, and Housewares

Please double-check your selections for things like sizes and take a breather before hitting that purchase button. We don't currently offer refunds for buyer's remorse and that includes a mistake in choosing sizes. If there's a major problem with any order, please contact us directly. 

These items are created on-demand on a per-order basis through third party vendors. We're confident that you'll love your item, but we do not offer returns/refunds for buyer's remorse. Please double-check the sizes/style of your item before purchase. If the item arrives damaged or misprinted, please provide a photograph of the item when contacting us directly. Returns/exchanges for damaged items need to be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense.
