I'm proud to announce that I'm the Artist in Residence for Winter 2015 at Planet Labs in San Francisco. Planet Labs is a private aerospace company with a mission to image the entire Earth from space every twenty-four hours. Their tiny satellites even have artwork emblazoned on the exterior. My plan is to create artwork that explores the early history of aerial photography and how it influenced flight and eventually space-flight. I'll be posting my progress here on the blog as well as social media. I'm really excited to work alongside aerospace engineers and other space-minded people. In other words, I'm super pumped!
